FAQsHow does Caring Foods work? Who can purchase? How can this help my organization? What is a Host Site? How do we become a Host Site? Return Policy? IT’S SIMPLE! Our commitment to performance and value differentiates us. We enable community centers, Churches, and other neighborhood organizations to offer wholesale direct food to their local communities. Our goal is to lower the cost of food to community members and allow everyone to benefit in the cost savings. We offer the same great food purchased in stores, but at bulk discount prices. - First, we accept the order for the number of boxes that will be needed at your host location. You can place your order online. EBT Cards need to be processed at our host sites.
- We have a large group of valued suppliers and partners we can depend on for quality products on a timely basis. By using our direct market access and bulk purchasing power, we assemble the food items offered in the box and deliver them to your host location.
- On delivery day, the organization or host location usually will have a few volunteers to help unload the truck. Those who ordered a box will pick up their particular order at your host location. (Many organizations go one step further with their great volunteers and will deliver a few boxes directly to those in need.)
- While enjoying your current food box selection, the host site can to take orders for the next month’s food box delivery.
When the community comes together, everyone saves. In these difficult times, lowering food costs can make huge differences to communities. Back to Top

A WORTHY CAUSE! We pride ourselves on the partnerships we form with our community members and the role we play as an integral ingredient in their success. There are many benefits to becoming a member of our program: - Bringing communities together for a worthy cause. By your organization becoming a host site, you will be able to provide a food box “pick-up” location for community members to retrieve their food box. With community members volunteering, your organization will save money and contribute to the needy.
- The organization can also benefit financially. There are many money saving benefits from buying food in bulk.
o Organizations can reinvest the earned funds into the community. For each box ordered and delivered we offer a $1 dollar donation towards the organization. In other words, if your host site has an order for 1000 boxes of food, you will receive $1000 donation towards your organization. This way, not only does everyone save money on the low cost food purchase, but also the $1 donation can help towards your funding of important programs and community activities. - This is a money-saving process. If you were to create the same box of food from a retail location, the cost would be nearly double (or you would end up with half as much food.)
- One important advantage of being an established leader in the foodservice industry is that we have a large group of valued suppliers and partners we can depend on for quality products on a timely basis. All of them are excited to help our local communities and are familiar with our unique specifications. CaringFoods.org works with food vendors to leverage the latest trends or regional specialty foods at reduced prices. Either we deliver satisfaction or we don’t deliver at all.
Back to Top A CENTRAL “PICK UP” LOCATION. A Host Site is a location where all of the boxes of food will be dropped off, assembled and distributed. For example, a local church can be a Host Site for the surrounding community. The church can “collect” orders from the community and we will deliver the food to the church location. The church can then decide how they want to distribute the boxes of food to the individual community members that ordered. (They can either have each individual member pick up their order or perhaps they have volunteers deliver the food to those in need.) When your organization is the Host Site, you have the ability to make the decisions on how you want the process to work and you are the organization that receives the $1 per box donation.

LET’S TEAM UP! Our goal is to provide maximum coverage to all communities. In order to achieve this goal, we need the help of everyone. There are no set requirements to becoming a Host Site. Any organization is welcome to apply. We do much more than deliver groceries. We will help your team to provide efficient operations and effective service to the end user. We are committed to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with associates, suppliers and communities. Make CaringFoods.org your primary source for economical low-cost high-quality food products that you can share with the community.
